Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress: Delegates divided into 5 groups to discuss documents at preparatory session

Continuing the working program of the preparatory session, on the morning of September 29, the congress divided delegates into 5 groups to discuss the documents.

Accordingly, Group 1 discussed the topic of Party building and the political system. The discussion put a focus on the political report on building the Party and the political system, and the review report of the Executive Committee; the action program to implement the congress resolution.

The group leaders were Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, and Nguyen Minh Hoi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission; the deputy group leader was Nguyen Thi Hong Trang, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head in charge of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

Group 2 discussed the topic of Economy, infrastructure, logistics, digital transformation, green economy. The focus of the discussion: Economy, industry, agriculture, infrastructure, logistics, innovation and digital transformation; the review report of the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term; the action program to implement the congress resolution.

Leaders of Group 2 were Duong Minh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long Thanh commune, and Ho Van Nam, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tran Bien ward; the deputy group leader was Nguyen Thi Hoang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Group 3 discussed the topic of Culture, education, health, environment, social welfare, digital transformation. The focus of the discussion: Developing culture, education - training, health, social welfare, improving people's lives; the review report of the Executive Committee; the action program to implement the congress resolution.

The group leaders were Le Truong Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Giang Thi Phuong Hanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Binh Phuoc ward. The deputy group leader was Ho Van Ha, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Group 4 discussed the topic of National defense, security, foreign affairs. The focus of the discussion: Building an all-people national defense, protecting political security, social order and safety; foreign affairs, international integration; the review report of the Executive Committee; the action program to implement the congress resolution.

The group leaders were Vo Thanh Danh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, and Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police. The deputy group leader was Bui Xuan Thong, Provincial Party Committee member, full-time Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies.

Group 5 discussed the topic of Mass mobilization work, building the Fatherland Front and social-political organizations. The focus of the discussion: Mass mobilization work, promoting the strength of national great unity, the role of the Fatherland Front and social-political organizations; the review report of the Executive Committee; the action program to implement the congress resolution.

The leaders of this group were Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and Dang Minh Nguyet, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Long Khanh ward. The deputy group leader was Nguyen Quoc Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.

The Presidium of the congress requested that the discussion content be focused, concise, and straight to the point. Opinions should be frank, constructive, and based on a spirit of solidarity and high responsibility. The group leaders were tasked with ensuring proper time management and fair allocation of speaking opportunities among delegates.

Group discussion is an important stage in the congress agenda, serving as a forum for delegates to demonstrate their responsibility, wisdom, and dedication to the documents submitted to the congress. Opinions raised during the discussion must directly address core and key issues, avoiding broadness and repetition.

Each opinion needs to be concise, clear, based on practical evidence, and aimed at supplementing and perfecting the political report, the Executive Committee's review report, the resolution, and the action program to concretize the resolution and the targets and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

The discussion groups must both cover comprehensively (views, goals, key tasks, strategic breakthroughs, main solutions) and focus deeply on the assigned content area to provide specific analyses, evaluations, and recommendations.

Delegates delivered their speeches in a responsible, frank, constructive, and united spirit, demonstrating the common determination of the entire Party Organization.

The results of each group's discussion will be compiled and reported in the hall, serving as the basis for the congress to decide on the contents to be adopted and supplemented in the documents for submission to the congress.
