Dong Nai Party Committee announces personnel decisions

On the morning of September 3, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, and Secretary of the Party Committee of  Provincial Party Agencies Thai Bao chaired a conference to announce personnel decisions.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission Tran Huu Thuan announced the Provincial Standing Party Committee’s decisions regarding  work cessation and entitlement to benefits in accordance with Government Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 (Decree 178), and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 (Decree 67) on policies and benefits for officials, civil servants, public employees, employees and armed forces personnel during the restructuring of the political system’s apparatus. Accordingly, the early retirement benefits will be granted to some following officials, including Pham Van Tu, Standing Deputy Secretary of Dong Phu Commune Party Committee, starting from September 1, 2025; Nguyen Thi Ven, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, starting from August 31, 2025; Le Tuan Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary and Chairman of Trang Bom Commune People’s Council, starting from September 1, 2025; and  Tran Thi Mai Thao, Standing Deputy Secretary of Bien Hoa Ward Party Committee, starting from September 1, 2025.

The Provincial Standing Party Committee also decided to transfer Dang Doan Thanh, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Council of Xuan Dong Commune, to assume duties at Trang Bom Commune Party Committee, starting from September 1, 2025. Dang Doan Thanh was appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and assigned as Secretary of Trang Bom Commune Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term. The Party Committee of Provincial People’s Council was instructed to appoint him as Chairman of Trang Bom Commune People’s Council for the 2021–2026 term.

In addition, Phan Trung Hung Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, was transferred to work at Xuan Dong Commune Party Committee, starting from September 1, 2025. Phan Trung Hung Ha was appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and assigned as Secretary of Xuan Dong Commune Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term. The Party Committee of Provincial People’s Council was tasked with appointing him as Chairman of Xuan Dong Commune People’s Council for the 2021–2026 term.

Meanwhile, Tran Thanh Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, was transferred to work at An Loc Ward Party Committee, starting from September 1, 2025. Tran Thanh Long was appointed to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee and assigned as Deputy Secretary of An Loc Ward Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term. The Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Council was instructed to appoint him as Chairman of An Loc Ward People’s Committee for the 2021–2026 term.

On behalf of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, comrade Thai Bao extended congratulations to all officials receiving personnel decisions. For the four officials granted early retirement under the regulations, the Provincial Standing Party Committee expressed its deep gratitude for their valuable contributions throughout their careers. Each of them had demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and made significant contributions to their respective agencies, localities, and to the overall development of Dong Nai Province. The Provincial Standing Party Committee hopes they will continue to uphold the political qualities of Party members, maintain close attention to provincial affairs, and contribute ideas to the development of Dong Nai in the future.

For the three officials receiving personnel transfer and appointment decisions, the Provincial Standing Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated their past efforts, dedication, and professional growth. The Provincial Standing Party Committee entrusted them with confidence and expectations to further promote their sense of responsibility in leading and directing the political tasks of their localities and units. They were urged to quickly grasp the local situation, make full use of their experience and strengths, and work closely with their units to successfully implement political missions, thereby contributing to the overall development of Dong Nai Province.
