The Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee further noted that, following the recent administrative merger, Dong Nai has become one of the most populous provinces in the country. Many disadvantaged households and ethnic minority families still exist, and thus, the demand for policy credit remains very high.
Additionally, with the adoption of new poverty standards in the near future, the number of poor and near-poor households in the province will increase. The demand for social housing is also significant. At the same time, the province is focusing on human resource development to supply workers for the Long Thanh International Airport and other key economic areas.
