Commendation for Party organizations and members with outstanding achievements in fulfilling exemplary tasks

On the afternoon of September 22, the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee held its third-quarter 2025 grassroots Party Committee meeting. The conference was co-chaired by Pham Thuy Luan, Member of Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, and  Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee.

Attending the conference were: Provincial Party Committee member and Deputy Head of the Organization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee of Dong Nai Do Duc Hoa; Deputy Head of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Khac Tho; and Party secretaries, deputy secretaries, and grassroots Party Committee members under the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee.

The Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee currently oversees 78 grassroots Party organizations, including 50 subordinate Party Committees and 28 Party Cells, with a total membership of 18,990. In the third quarter, the Party Committee and its subordinate units focused on effectively carrying out assigned tasks, particularly those related to organizational restructuring, the successful congresses of grassroots Party Committees and Cells, and preparations for the Party Congress of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2025–2030 term. At the same time, they also prioritized tasks related to socio-economic development, national defense and security, and Party building, making an important contribution to fulfilling the province’s political objectives.

During the conference discussions, several opinions pointed out that some grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee have thousands of Party members, while Party officials are concurrently holding multiple roles. At the same time, specialized tasks, particularly within departments and sectors, are extensive, with a heavy workload, making it difficult to carry out Party-related duties effectively. The recruitment of new Party members in agencies and units remains challenging due to a limited pool of candidates. Production and business activities in certain sectors, especially real estate, continue to face difficulties.

In his concluding remarks, Provincial Party Committee member and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee Pham Thuy Luan requested that in the fourth quarter of 2025, subordinate Party Committees continue leading their units to decisively and synchronously implement solutions to strongly promote both traditional growth drivers (investment, consumption, exports) and new growth drivers (digital economy, green economy, circular economy, creative economy, knowledge economy, sharing economy, etc.) to contribute to achieving double-digit GRDP growth for the province in 2025. He also emphasized the importance of carrying out year-end self-assessments, reviews, and quality ratings of Party organizations and members, summarizing Party-building work in 2025, and setting directions for 2026.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee commended Party organizations and members who had five consecutive years (2020–2024) of outstanding exemplary task completion.

The Standing Board of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee awarded an emulation flag to the Party Committee of Dong Nai Medical College for five consecutive years of outstanding and exemplary task completion. A certificate of merit was also presented to Party Cell 2 under the grassroots Party Committee of Dong Nai Port Joint- Stock Company (part of the Party Committee of the Corporation for the Development of Industrial Zones), as well as to 10 Party members who met the criteria for five consecutive years of outstanding and exemplary performance.

At the same time, the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee awarded certificates of merit to 31 Party members for five consecutive years of outstanding exemplary task completion.
