The inspection of administrative reform and control of administrative procedures at communes and wards aims to strengthen administrative discipline and order, enhance the sense of responsibility and service attitude among officials, civil servants, and public employees, and reinforce the accountability of heads of agencies, units, and localities in executing administrative reform tasks. Simultaneously, it seeks to regulate administrative procedures and promptly address challenges and obstacles arising after the merger, thereby contributing to the improvement of the province's PAR INDEX, SIPAS, and PAPI indicators in the near future.
