According to Plan 26, the inspection team of administrative reform and administrative procedure control in 2025 in the province will be led by Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province Ha Thanh Tung. The team is responsible for inspecting 34 provincial departments and agencies and commune-level administrative units.

The team will base on the actual situation of implementing administrative reform tasks and administrative procedure control of departments, agencies, and People's Committees of communes and wards in the province to randomly select and conduct unannounced inspections (without prior notice of time, location, or inspection unit). The inspection content includes all or part of the direction and administration of administrative reform; institutional reform; administrative procedure reform; organizational structure; civil service regime; public finance; building and developing e-government, digital government, etc.
Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Head of the inspection team Ha Thanh Tung stated: Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the inspection aims to urge and enhance the responsibility of the heads of agencies, units, and localities in organizing the implementation of administrative reform tasks and administrative procedure control; strengthen administrative discipline and order, improve working methods; enhance the sense of responsibility, service attitude, and work efficiency of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state administrative agencies.
The inspection and evaluation of the implementation of administrative reform and administrative procedure control tasks, with a focus on administrative procedure reform and organizational structure reform, aim to meet the requirements and aspirations of the people and organizations when implementing the two-tier local government, thereby discovering initiatives and good practices in organization and implementation. At the same time, it evaluates the advantages, disadvantages, limitations, and causes in organizing the implementation of guiding documents from the Central Government and the Provincial People's Committee in administrative reform work to advise the Provincial People's Committee on issues that need to be focused on. Along with that, the inspection results will be used to evaluate the Administrative Reform index of departments, agencies, and People's Committees of communes and wards; evaluate the completion level of tasks of the heads, units, and localities in 2025 without re-evaluating contents that have been concluded by provincial inspection teams.
