450 official delegates to attend Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for 2025-2030 term

On September 25, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department stated: The 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term, will take place over 2 days, September 29 and 30, at the Dong Nai Provincial Convention Center, Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Tan Trieu Ward. 450 official delegates will attend the congress.

The 450 official delegates include 65 ex officio delegates who are incumbent members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and 385 appointed delegates.

Regarding professional qualifications, 14 delegates hold doctorates (3.1%), 270 hold master’s degrees (60.5%), 162 hold bachelor’s degrees (36.2%), and 1 holds a college degree (0.2%). In terms of political theory qualifications, 436 delegates hold bachelor’s or advanced certificates (97.6%), 10 hold intermediate certificates (2.2%), and 1 holds a basic-level (or equivalent) certificate (0.2%).

Regarding age: the oldest delegate is 59 years old (Comrade Luu The Doanh, from the delegation of the Provincial People's Committee Party Organization) and the youngest delegate is 34 years old (Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Thao An, from the delegation of the Tran Bien Ward Party Organization).

With respect to seniority of Party membership, the delegate with the longest seniority is 39 years (Comrade Luu The Doanh, from the delegation of the Provincial People's Committee Party Organization) and the delegate with the shortest seniority is 4 years (Comrade Ho Thanh Truc, from the delegation of the Dinh Quan Commune Party Organization).
