The General Department of Logistics - Technology presents gifts to policy families in Dong Nai province

On August 27, a working delegation of the General Department of Logistics – Technology under the Ministry of National Defense, led by Major General Vu Van Cuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics – Technology, met and presented gifts to policy families and families in difficult circumstances in Tan Loi commune, Dong Nai province on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2. Also participating in the working delegation were Lieutenant Colonel Bui Khanh Hoa, Deputy Commander of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command and delegates.

The delegation presented 30 gifts valued at VND 1.5 million each to policy families, families with difficult circumstances, and poor students who overcame difficulties to study well in Tan Loi commune. At the same time, the delegation presented gifts worth VND 10 million to contribute to social security activities for the locality.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2) this year, the General Department of Logistics - Technology organized events to meet and present gifts to 240 policy families, needy people, and poor students who have overcome difficulties across the country; each gift is worth 1.5 million VND on average. Of which, in the area of Military Region 7, 30 priority gifts are offered to policy families, people in difficult circumstances, poor students who have overcome difficulties, and excellent students in Tan Loi commune, Dong Nai province.
