On the morning of August 14, the Trang Dai Ward Party Committee held its first Congress of Delegates for the 2025–2030 term. Attending the congress were Provincial Party Committee members Nguyen Huu Dinh, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, and Nguyen Thi Hong Trang, Acting Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, along with 193 official delegates representing nearly 2,500 Party members across the entire Trang Dai Ward Party Committee.
Trang Dai Ward is currently merged from Trang Dai Ward of Bien Hoa City and Thien Tan Commune of Vinh Cuu District. The ward has an area of over 37.3 km2 and a population of 145,500 people.

Speaking at the opening of the congress, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Trang Dai Ward Phan Quang Tuan emphasized: The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Trang Dai Ward for the 2025-2030 term has special significance and importance for the development of the ward in the coming years. The congress has the task of assessing and summarizing the achievements, shortcomings, and limitations, and at the same time drawing lessons from the leadership practice of the Party Committee in the past term. The congress is also an important forum to gather intelligence, discuss, and decide on major policies and solutions for the development of the ward in the next 5 years.
According to the political report presented by the Executive Committee of the Trang Dai Ward Party Committee at the congress, during the 2020–2025 term, the economic structure of Trang Dai Ward and the formerly affiliated Thien Tan Commune continued to shift in the right direction while remaining stable, with the trade and services sector playing a key role. Annual state budget revenue consistently met or exceeded assigned targets, with total revenue for the 2020–2025 period reaching nearly VND 224 billion.
Currently, Trang Dai Ward is home to three industrial clusters, 3,323 enterprises, and 3,704 business households, all operating effectively and contributing significantly to the locality’s economic restructuring and overall growth. The sectors of healthcare, culture, education, and national defense and security continue to receive focused attention and innovation in response to the demands of a densely populated area experiencing rapid urbanization.

In the 2025-2030 term, Trang Dai Ward Party Committee has identified 21 targets to strive for in the fields of Party building, economy-basic construction, national defense-security... The key task of the ward in the new term is to continue to promote growth, shift the economic structure towards developing industry-trade-services, and promote digital transformation.
The breakthrough tasks identified by the Ward Party Committee are to strengthen leadership and direction, resolutely implement the rectification of urban order, land, and construction management in the entire ward. Proactively develop and implement plans and topics to improve supervision of urban order, land, and construction.
Strengthen the sense of responsibility among relevant agencies and organizations in rectifying violations committed by organizations and individuals within the ward, ensuring that no further legal violations occur. Plan and invest in synchronized transportation infrastructure, and address traffic congestion with the goal of linking urban areas in a direction that is industrial, modern, well-connected, and sustainable. Focus on reviewing, adjusting, and finalizing land use planning and construction planning.
Speaking at the congress, Ho Van Nam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of Tran Bien Ward, urged the Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term to promptly concretize the congress resolution through specific implementation plans, with feasible projects and initiatives, and clearly assigned responsibilities within the Ward Party Executive Committee.
He emphasized the need to focus on reviewing and formulating socio-economic development and infrastructure plans that are truly high-quality, well-coordinated, and long-term in vision. Continued attention must be given to cultural development and improving the material and spiritual well-being of the people, in close connection with social welfare.

In the process of developing the ward, it is necessary to pay attention to directing and implementing well the tasks of national defense and security, and to build Trang Dai into a model ward in terms of security and order.
Comrade Ho Van Nam particularly emphasized that the Trang Dai Ward Party Committee must focus on vigorously renewing its leadership methods and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system’s operations and governance. He stressed the need to strengthen accountability and the exemplary role of Party committee leaders, government authorities, officials, and civil servants in performing their public duties.
Priority should be given to building a friendly government and fostering a public service culture that is “friendly, responsible, and effective,” staying close to the people, understanding the people, and serving the people. It is essential to promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and administrative reform to improve service quality for citizens and businesses. Efforts must be concentrated on further enhancing the effectiveness of the Ward Public Administration Service Center, ensuring that 100% of eligible public services are fully delivered online.
