Party Committees of wards and communes in Dong Nai province hold the first congresses for the 2025-2030 term

(ĐN) - On the afternoon of August 6, the first Congress of the Nha Bich Commune Party Committee for 2025-2030 term, officially took place. Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai Province; Nguyen Minh Hoi, Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee attended the congress with representatives of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Party committees, departments, branches and localities in the province, and 160 delegates representing 766 Party members in the entire commune Party Committee.

Speaking at the congress, Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Minh Hoi suggested that in the new term, the commune Party Committee strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to make them clean and strong, maintain the spirit of solidarity and unity within the Party and among the people; build an effective, efficient government  that is close to the people and serves the people in the spirit of service; encourage the development of industries with competitive advantages; develop trade and services in a civilized and modern direction... In particular, Nha Bich commune must focus on economic growth that is closely linked to cultural and social development, gradually improving the quality of people's lives... Delegates unanimously approved resolutions and targets, the main tasks of the 2025-2030 tenure.

Notably, every year, over 90% of grassroots Party organizations and Party members are expected to complete their tasks well or better. By 2030, 100% of activities in state agencies will be conducted and managed electronically. The average annual growth rate of total state budget revenue is expected to be 10%. Per capita income by 2030, compared to 2025, is projected to increase by about 40% to 45%. The multidimensional poverty rate by 2030 will be below 0.05%...

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, presented the congress with a banner that reads: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Responsibility - Development - Building Nha Bich into a civilized and prosperous  commune."

* On the morning of August 6, the Tan Khai Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Tan Hung, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the old Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee, attended the congress along with representatives of department, branch, and local leaders, and 200 delegates representing 832 Party members from the entire Party Committee.

Delivering her directive speech at the congress on behalf of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Tan Khai Commune Party Committee during the 2020-2025 term. Recalling the heroic history of the land and its people, where every inch is soaked with the blood and sweat of ancestors who sacrificed for national independence, she emphasized: "After the merger, in addition to a significant increase in economic scale, population, and area, Tan Khai benefits from land and transportation infrastructure that support industrial growth. Therefore, the commune must improve the quality of state management, focus on investing in high-quality human resources, upgrade information technology systems, and accelerate digital transformation to better serve the people and businesses."

Huynh Thi Hang suggested: "The Executive Committee of the Tan Khai Commune Party Committee should continue to enhance the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations; strengthen efforts to prevent and combat corruption and negativity; effectively implement policies to care for and improve the quality of people's lives; leverage potential advantages, mobilize all resources, and propel the locality into a new era aligned with national development, meeting the expectations of both higher-level authorities and the majority of residents."

* The 1st Congress of Long Ha Commune Party Committee for 2025-2030 term, was held on the morning of August 6. Le Tan Nam, Deputy Head of Department VII, Central Inspection Committee; Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee attended the congress along with other provincial Party Committee members, including Nguyen Thi Minh Nham, Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television; Pham Thuy Luan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee; Le Thi Ngoc Loan, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and Nguyen Thi Xuan Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Phu Rieng Commune, along with leaders from various agencies, departments, and sectors.

The congress outlined five targets for the new term, including: striving to admit new Party members with an annual growth rate of at least 3%; increasing total state budget revenue in the area by an average of 10% per year (aiming to surpass the province’s target by 5%); raising the average income per capita by 10% annually compared to 2025; achieving a 99% rate of population using clean water; maintaining national defense and security; and completing 100% of annual military training and handover targets.

* On the afternoon of August 6, the Phu Rieng Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 tenure. Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, attended and directed the congress. Deputy Head of Department VII, Central Inspection Committee Le Tan Nam, also attended along with leaders of departments, agencies, and branches of the province, former leaders of Binh Phuoc province, and 139 delegates representing 1,043 party members in the entire Party Committee.

Delivering his directive speech at the congress, Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission Tran Trung Nhan suggested: The commune Party Committee should focus on building a united and cohesive bloc, instilling the spirit of self-reliance and the revolutionary tradition of the people of Phu Rieng Commune. Each member of the Party Committee Executive Committee must lead by example in fostering the spirit of  “One mind top to bottom”, “Smooth sailing across length and breadth”. Focusing on leading and directing efforts to improve the quality of administrative reform, digital transformation, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the state administrative apparatus, meeting the demands and tasks of the new situation, and promoting the potential and advantages for local socio-economic development.

* On August 5 and 6, the Tam Phuoc Ward Party Committee held its 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Commission of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Minh Hoi acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Tam Phuoc Ward Party Committee during the 2020-2025 term. He emphasized that ward and commune Party Committees are currently the direct superiors of grassroots levels, leading comprehensively in all aspects of economic, political, social, national defense, and security life. To meet these requirements, it is necessary to strengthen the building and the rectification of the Party  and political system to make them clean, strong, maintaining the spirit of solidarity and unity within and across the Party. This is the prerequisite for all success as Party General Secretary To Lam affirmed: "Solidarity - the truth of all times”. Placing an emphasis on enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations; building a pool of exemplary cadres and Party members with necessary qualities, abilities, and prestige. Developing an effective, efficient government that is close to the people, driven by local initiatives, actions, and responsibilities.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Nguyen Minh Hoi presented the congress with a banner that read: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development - Striving to build Tam Phuoc ward into a civilized urban area."

*On August 6, the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee held a preparatory session for the 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 250 delegates representing more than 7,400 party members of the entire ward Party Committee.

Speaking at the opening session of the congress, comrade Ho Van Nam, Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the  People's Council of Tran Bien Ward emphasized: the 1st Congress of the Ward Party Committee holds great significance for the ward's development in the new term. Therefore, delegates need to focus on studying the political report presented at the congress, promote their intelligence, discuss, and contribute many enthusiastic and responsible opinions for the ward's common development, meeting the expectations of the provincial leaders and the people.

The 1st Congress of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee officially opened on the morning of August 7.

*On the same morning, the Long Thanh Commune Party Committee held a preparatory session for the 1st Congress for 2025-2030 term. Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long Thanh Commune, Duong Minh Dung, along with 150 delegates representing nearly 2,500 Party members of the entire Party Committee, attended the congress.

Speaking at the preparatory session, with the spirit of: "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, integration, development", Member of the Standing Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long Thanh Commune, Duong Minh Dung, requested delegates attending the congress to focus on carefully studying reports assessing the leadership results of the Commune Party Committee and the higher-level Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure, draft directions for the new term, participate in discussions, and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the Commune Party Congress and the higher-level Party Congress.

The 1st Congress of the Tan Phu Commune Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term was held on August 6 and 7. On August 6, a preparatory session took place, with the attendance of 200 delegates representing over 1,300 Party members within the Committee.

With the motto "Solidarity, Democracy, Discipline, Innovation, Development," Tran Quang Tu, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Tan Phu Commune People's Council, called on Party members to thoroughly review the report evaluating the Party Committee's leadership performance during the previous term, as well as the draft goals, directions, and tasks for the new term.

The official opening session of the congress took place on the morning of August 7.
