At the event, authorized by the Minister of National Defense, Major General Pham Ba Hien, Commander of Army Corps 16, presented the Medal “For the cause of building the Vietnam People’s Army” to Colonel Le Quang Sau. This is a noble recognition honoring his significant contributions and dedication throughout his career to the development of a revolutionary, regular, elite, and increasingly modern Vietnam People’s Army.

Speaking at the event, Major General Pham Ba Hien emphasized: “As Deputy Commander and Secretary of the Party Committee, Comrade Le Quang Sau has always been a shining example of the qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, maintaining firm political resolve, dedication, and responsibility, while contributing many effective solutions in leadership and command. These efforts have helped build a strong and exemplary Party Organization and a comprehensively strong Army Corps.”

On this occasion, the Standing Party Committee and the Command of Army Corps 16 also presented a banner to acknowledge Colonel Le Quang Sau’s contributions during his service to the development of the Army Corps.
