On August 18, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security, the successful August Revolution and National Day (September 2); as well as the successful organization of the Party Committees at commune, ward, and provincial subordinate levels; and toward the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for 2025-2030 tenure and the 14th National Party Congress – a working delegation from the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, led by its Deputy Head Nguyen Thi Ven, visited and presented gifts to poor households and disadvantaged students in three communes namely Bu Gia Map, Dak O, and Tan Tien of Dong Nai province.

The delegation was accompanied by Venerable Thich Hue Nghiep, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai Province; Venerable Thich Thien Tri, Deputy Chief Secretary cum Chief of Office of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai Province; Venerable Thich An Thuan, Abbot of Phap Tuyen Buddhist Temple; Venerable Thich Minh Hau, Standing Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai Province and Abbot of Duc Hanh Pagoda; and Venerable Thich Nhuận Bi, Abbot of Kim Cang Pagoda.
During the visits, the working delegation presented 300 gift packages, 100 bicycles, and school backpacks, with a total value of 385 million VND.

Simultaneously, the delegation conducted surveys of several households in particularly difficult circumstances, with plans to mobilize funds for the construction of three “great unity houses” (each is expected to receive financial assistance ranging from 80 to 100 million VND, funded through social contributions).
Speaking at the communes visited, Deputy Head of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, Nguyen Thi Ven, expressed appreciation to benefactors for their financial support and commended local authorities for organizing the gift and bicycle distribution program for disadvantaged residents and students in a warm and caring atmosphere. She emphasized that this practical and meaningful activity reflects the spirit of “mutual affection and solidarity”, helping to alleviate hardships and encourage residents and students in remote, underprivileged areas of the province.

Deputy Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, Nguyen Thi Ven, expressed her hope that the donated bicycles would serve as a means to help students go to school easier and access better learning conditions. She emphasized that the gifts for the residents represent the heartfelt support and encouragement from Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, together with benefactors, inspiring everyone to strive for a better future. She extended her wishes for the community’s good health, unity, and perseverance in overcoming challenges to stabilize their livelihoods.

On this occasion, the delegation from Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization visited and presented gifts to three Border Guard Stations, including Tan Thanh, Dak O, and Loc An.
On behalf of the leadership of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization, Deputy Head Nguyen Thi Ven expressed sincere gratitude and acknowledged the achievements made by the border guard units. She emphasized that despite facing numerous difficulties and challenges, the officers and soldiers at border stations had demonstrated remarkable perseverance in successfully fulfilling their duties to safeguard national border security and territorial integrity. Furthermore, she encouraged all officers and soldiers to build upon their established traditions and accomplishments, maintaining steadfast protection of national border sovereignty and security, and contribute to the excellent completion of their assigned duties in the time to come.
