On August 13, the first congress of the Dau Giay Communal Party Committee, 2025-2030 tenure, concluded successfully. The congress was held within 2 days, between August 12 and 13, with the participation of 170 delegates, representing over 1,450 Party members in the whole Communal Party Committee.

The congress was also attended by Member of Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the specialized delegation in charge of the National Assembly Deputy Delegation of Dong Nai Province Bui Xuan Thong; representatives of Party agencies, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and departments, agencies, and sectors of the province.
Delivering his report at the congress, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dau Giay Commune Cao Tien Sy stated: Dau Giay Commune was established from the mergence of Dau Giay town and 3 communes: Bau Ham 2, Hung Loc, and Lo 25 of former Thong Nhat district. The commune has an area of 98.8km2 with nearly 72,000 people. The Commune Party Committee has 25 grassroots Party organizations and 100% of Party cells have Party committees.
In the past term, despite many difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee, government, military, and people have upheld revolutionary traditions, the spirit of solidarity, and strived to overcome difficulties to achieve many important and comprehensive results in all fields of economy - society, national defense - security, Party building, and political system. Specifically, per capita income has increased from 68.4 million VND (2020) to 92.4 million VND (2025). The average value of harvested products has reached 183.5 million VND/ha/year, an increase of 10.28% compared to the same period. The commune no longer has poor households in the area following the poverty standard for the 2021-2025 period. The health insurance coverage rate has reached over 95%...

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee stated: Entering the new term, Dau Giay Commune has great development potential as it is a strategic transportation hub of the region with key national highways and expressways, a geographical location close to Ho Chi Minh City and Long Thanh International Airport, creating an effective inter-regional connection foundation. The planned urban areas of Dau Giay and Lo 25 logistics have formed the premise for large-scale trade – service developmenr, expanding development space, and attracting strategic investors. The commune's cadres have professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of digital transformation, associated with the spirit of serving the people and businesses; political security and social order are maintained, creating a stable environment for investment and development...

To successfully implement the goals and tasks set for the new term, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested: The Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee must lead and direct the full implementation of functions, tasks, and powers, ensuring the direct and comprehensive leadership and direction of the Party for the task of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense - security, and building the Party and local political system.
At the same time, the Commune is asked to promote the strength of solidarity throughout its Party Committee, strongly ignite the love for the homeland and country, the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, without fear of difficulties; transforming difficulties into motivation, and challenges into aspirations to rise up, building a civilized and modern Dau Giay Commune.

In particular, it is crucial to focus on building a team of communal cadres and civil servants with political fortitude, moral character, sufficient knowledge, capacity, and experience, serving as a bridge between local people and the government, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period. She also requested the Commune to proactively grasp the situation, promptly resolve emerging issues at the grassroots level, prevent hot spots, and avoid passivity or unexpectedness. Right after the congress, it is urgent to finalize the plan to implement the congress resolution with the requirement of "clear tasks, clear personnel, clear responsibilities, clear deadlines, clear roadmap, clear products"...
On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Huynh Thi Hang presented a laudatory banner from the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board to the congress with the content: "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity, developing Dau Giay commune into a civilized, modern place".
