Tri An Commune was established by merging the original communes of Tri An, Ma Da, and Vinh An town. Currently, the Commune Party Committee includes five grassroots party units and 19 party cells under the Commune Party Committee, with 1,466 Party members. Over a 5-year implementation of the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committees of the communes and townlets before the merger achieved significant results, laying a solid foundation for development in the next phase.

Accordingly, Party building work saw many positive changes; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and members continued to improve; the organizational apparatus was carefully consolidated and streamlined, ensuring sufficient quantity and meeting quality standards; cadres and civil servants met standards in professional expertise and political theory as required and fulfilled task demands. Economy continued to grow; annual budget revenues consistently exceeded assigned targets; infrastructure investment fundamentally met the socio-economic development needs, especially rural transport infrastructure was prioritized.

Among them, the localities before the mergence had promoted the revolutionary tradition of the heroic D zone, showing dynamism and creativity, contributing to local development.

Comrade Thai Bao requested that in the new term, the Tri An Party Committee continue strengthening unity and consensus internally; build a truly exemplary Party organization. Additionally, Tri An needs to properly identify advantages and challenges in the new context. With favorable land and water transport connections and diverse natural ecosystems, Tri An holds many potentials for green economic development.

In the coming time, the locality needs to restructure spatial planning and maximize advantages to develop socio-economic infrastructure with quality and long-term vision, ensuring harmonious and sustainable growth. Especially, during the building of two-level local governments, cadres and Party members must be pioneers in renewing thinking and effectively implementing programs and plans of the Communal and Provincial Party Committees.
