On August 8, Phuoc Tan Ward Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Nguyen Minh Hoi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission, along with 205 official delegates representing more than 1,000 Party members in the ward’s Party Committee, attended the congress.

In his opening speech at the congress, Nguyen Phong An, Secretary of the Phuoc Tan Ward Party Committee, said that the ward’s first Party Congress is not only a milestone in terms of organizational structure, but also a vivid reflection of a new governance mindset, focusing on serving the people effectively.

In his directive speech at the congress, Nguyen Minh Hoi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission, commended and praised the leadership achievements of the ward’s Party Committee during the past term. He also urged the congress to conduct an in-depth and thorough analysis, drawing lessons from its successes, as well as finding causes of limitations to have effective solutions in the new term.

Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Minh Hoi agreed with the direction and goals set out in the congress resolution for the 2025-2030 term; and he emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the work of building a clean and strong Party and political system, maintaining the spirit of solidarity and unity within the Party and among the people as a prerequisite for all successes.
He called for continued implementation of higher-level resolutions on Party building and rectification, in association with promoting the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style. Efforts should focus on enhancing the leadership capacity and combat strength of grassroots Party organizations, building a team of exemplary Party members and officials with sufficient qualities, capabilities, and prestige. He also stressed the importance of promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and politica -social organizations in uniting and mobilizing the people to participate in Party building.
Nguyen Minh Hoi noted that when implementing the "two-level local government model", cadres must visit the grassroots level on a regular basis; grasp the situation, mobilize the people, create consensus with the Party Committee and government to unite, complete tasks well, and put the resolution into practice.
