Binh Long Ward was established through the reorganization and merger of the existing natural area and population from An Loc, Hung Chien, and Phu Duc wards of Binh Long Town, and Thanh Binh Commune of Hon Quan District. During the 2020-2025 term, amidst both favorable conditions and intertwined challenges, the Party committees and local authorities strengthened their leadership and responsibility, introducing many innovative and creative policies. They successfully implemented and exceeded the goals and tasks set by the Party Congress resolution across various sectors.

Specifically, the economic structure shifted in the right direction, with the industry-construction and trade-services sectors continuing to grow. The political system remained clean and strong; together with digital transformation efforts and emulation movements, this created strong momentum and a solid foundation for sustainable development in the next phase.
