All organizational and logistical preparations for the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress must be completed in September

 On the afternoon of August 18, Comrade Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies, and Head of the Subcommittee on Organization and Logistics for the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure, chaired a meeting with subcommittee members to approve the establishment of support teams for the congress and review the subcommittee’s work.

Accordingly, the Subcommittee on Organization and Logistics for the Provincial Party Congress decided to establish several teams, including: the Security–Health Team; the Citizen Reception Team; the Decoration–Ceremonial and Propaganda Team; and the Protocol, Logistics, and Technical Team.

The establishment of these teams aims to ensure thorough preparations for the organization and logistics before, during, and after the upcoming congress; to promptly disseminate information on the congress’s outcomes and on the province’s socio-economic achievements over the past five years; as well as the major development orientations to be discussed and decided at the congress. This will help Party members, officials, and the people of the province recognize that the congress is a major political event of decisive importance to Dong Nai’s development in the coming period. At the same time, it ensures that the congress will be conducted in accordance with the plan, in a safe, solemn, economical, and effective manner.

Comrade Thai Bao emphasized that the organization and logistics for the congress are just as important as the drafting of documents and personnel preparation. Even if the documents and personnel are well-prepared, but the organization and logistics are not, the congress will not fully reflect the leadership capacity of the Provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board.

Comrade Thai Bao requested that members of the Subcommittee on Organization and Logistics, along with the support teams, urgently review their assigned tasks and responsibilities. All members must perform their duties proactively and actively, demonstrate initiative, and closely coordinate with other members of the subcommittee and support teams throughout implementation.

Preparations must be thoughtful, respectful, and convenient, with the capacity to promptly and effectively respond to any situations that may arise during the preparation and organization of the congress, thereby leaving a strong and positive impression on the attending delegates.

The Head of the Subcommittee on Organization and Logistics for the Provincial Party Congress requested that all organizational and logistical work be fully completed by September 2025.
