After successfully shortening the timeline for organizing all grassroots-level Party Congresses in Dong Nai to just half of the duration stipulated by the Central government, the province’s 99 subordinate Party Committees are proactively and seriously taking steps to bring the resolutions into practice, coordinating efforts to drive Dong Nai toward double-digit economic growth while ensuring “no one is left behind.”
The high level of action is clearly established in the concise wording of the resolutions as well as in the action programs of each Party Committee. This means little time is needed for document-based guidance, and the resolutions are ready to be applied immediately in every Party cell and residential group, in accordance with the enthusiastic spirit of “Party members go first, the community follows,” doing each step thoroughly before moving on and adhering to the principle of “focusing on doing, not discussing delay.”
The slogan of “Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Creativity – Innovation – Development” is not merely a message of positive inspiration from the congress; it now must be proven through sharp decision-making, bold thinking, systematic and synchronized steps, and innovative, feasible approaches that generate tangible improvements in the real situation, earning citizens’ trust and satisfaction. The action programs of each Party Committee clearly specify key tasks, deadlines, responsible parties, and resource allocation, demonstrating the Party organization’s direct leadership over all work. In particular, at the commune and ward levels, the closest to the people, authorities focus on priority areas and tasks directly affecting residents’ lives, such as livelihoods, income enhancement, healthcare, and education, creating noticeable changes at the beginning of the new term. Special attention is given to ethnic minority areas, remote regions, and borderlands, ensuring the rapid delivery of measurable results in each hamlet and village.
These days, over 130,000 Party members across the province are enthusiastically spreading the light of the resolutions, which carry the aspiration to help Dong Nai “take off”. In the spirit of “Straight lines, clear paths, united progress”, every locality, agency, and unit is making maximum efforts each day, accelerating the implementation of key tasks and breakthrough solutions determined by the grassroots Party Congresses into practice. The cadre, civil servant, and public official teams, with a spirit of discipline and dynamism, are striving to transform the quality of public service toward facilitation and development, fostering broad consensus among the people and mobilizing the strength of the great national unity bloc to speed up the resolution implementation.
