The delegation paid visits to veteran journalists Nguyen Nam Ngu, Nguyen Thien Nhut, Tran Huy Thanh and Nguyen Ton Hoan (former Editors-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper); Pham Minh, Nguyen Thi Bich Van and Mai Song Be (former Directors of Dong Nai Radio-Television Station).

During the visits, the delegation extended their warm regards and best wishes for health to the former leaders, while sincerely thanking them for their dedication and contributions to the development of the province’s journalism sector.

On this occasion, the delegation also informed the establishement of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio-Television as of July 1 through the merger of Dong Nai Newspaper, Dong Nai Radio-Television Station, and Binh Phuoc Newspaper and Radio-Television.

Journalist Nguyen Thị Minh Nham, former Director and Editor-in-Chief of Binh Phuoc Newspaper and Radio-Television, has been appointed as Editor-in-Chief of the new agency. Journalists Tran Nam Dong, Cao Quoc Sang, Hoang Binh Long, Dinh Kim Tuan, and Hoang Thi Bich Phu were appointed Deputy Editors-in-Chief.
