Therefore, the Ward’s Party Committee is striving to lead and direct the administrative apparatus to operate stably and orderly, while also promoting urban beautification and completing infrastructure for transportation, commerce, services, culture, etc.

Nguyen Van Sau, ra resident in Tran Bien ward, expressed his expectations: "Tran Bien Ward has many advantages for modern and synchronous development in the coming time. I hope the ward's apparatus will serve the people more professionally, and many infrastructure projects will be completed quickly so that the urban appearance of the ward becomes more spacious and modern, worthy of being the central ward of the province."

Administrative apparatus adapted to high intensity

After the rearrangement of wards and communes, Tran Bien ward is identified as the central ward, where the key agencies of Dong Nai province are located. The ward has a population of over 200,000 people, making it the most populous ward in the province. Continuing to invest in the development of a civilized and modern Tran Bien Ward not only serves the residents living in the ward but also represents the face of the new Dong Nai province. This is both a motivation and a great pressure, requiring every cadre and civil servant of the ward to make more efforts, act decisively, strengthen discipline, and strive for professionalism.

To fulfill its role as the central ward of the province, Tran Bien ward must maximize the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, and doing effectively. The effectiveness of work must truly be considered the measure to evaluate the capacity of the apparatus, including the capacity of each cadre, civil servant, and public employee of the ward. Especially, the role of the head of the apparatus and specialized agencies must be more clearly demonstrated, meeting new requirements, as the tasks and powers assigned to the ward-level apparatus are much greater than before.

Nguyen Duy Tan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward, said that after more than 20 days of operation, the ward's apparatus is gradually stabilizing, and cadres, civil servants, and public employees are gradually getting used to the new work. The general spirit of the apparatus is to strive to adapt to work pressure, working until the job is done, not counting the hours. In addition to working from Monday to Friday, on weekends, when the workload is still heavy, they have to work overtime on holidays, to avoid backlog of work, which would lead to delays in resolving administrative procedures for people and businesses.

As a citizen who came to resolve land administrative procedures at the Tran Bien Ward Public Administration Service Center, Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hanh shared: "I feel happy that many administrative procedures have been decentralized to the ward for people to resolve. Cadres and civil servants at the Ward Public Administration Service Center all work very enthusiastically, with a gentle and friendly attitude towards the people. I evaluate the initial working spirit as quite good, and I also sympathize with the hardships of the ward cadres in the early days of operating under the new model, as the workload is very large, so waiting a little is fine."

Focusing on key infrastructure projects

In addition to prioritizing the stabilization of the apparatus and quickly putting it into stable and effective operation, according to the Standing Committee of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee, the ward is urgently coordinating with relevant departments, sectors, and units to continue accelerating the implementation of key projects in the ward. These projects are not only related to the appearance of the ward but also the face of the province, including some very important projects.

Tran Bien ward, together with the province, is striving to complete the mobilization and support for households and businesses that must relocate from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to prepare for the launch of the project to build the new political-administrative center of the province. With the drastic direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee This task is currently being implemented very well. Most households and businesses are complying with the policy of relocating from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, with many businesses committing to hand over premises on time, thereby minimizing the use of administrative enforcement measures.

Leaders of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee said that the ward is continuing to promote site clearance for projects, and at the same time coordinating with provincial units to urge contractors to speed up the progress of key transport infrastructure projects. These include projects such as: Dong Nai riverside road, Cai river riverside road, Central axis road, and Thong Nhat bridge. The early completion of these projects will fundamentally change the transport system, and at the same time open up many new development spaces for the ward.

Ho Van Ha, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said that continuing to invest in completing infrastructure projects in Tran Bien Ward in the coming time is very important. To accelerate these projects, the ward must proactively review and implement resettlement projects for affected people, especially to serve projects such as: Cai River riverside road, central axis road, Hiep Hoa urban area. In addition, the ward must proactively upgrade and renovate parks, amusement areas, and public parking lots, meeting the very large needs of a central ward with the largest population in the province.
