Provincial leaders visit and extend New Year greetings at $1.4 billion power plant project

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Van; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc;  Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung visited and wished New Year greetings to the staff, workers, and employees at the Nhon Trach 3 and Nhon Trach 4 Power Plant Project.

Welcoming the provincial delegation were Le Mạnh Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Members Council of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group; and  Le Nhu Linh, General Director of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation - JSC (PV Power).

At the meeting, Le Nhu Linh, General Director of PV Power, announced that during the Lunar New Year holiday of 2025, the staff, engineers, and workers have been working continuously on the construction site.

As a result, the project has completed nearly 96% of the workload, with many items of the plant having been tested and put into operation, such as: the 220kV distribution yard system providing electricity for the plant, the main transformer system and the plant's auxiliary transformer, the water treatment system, the compressed air system, the wastewater treatment system…
