In his speech, member of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh briefed attendants on the outstanding achievements in socio-economic development that have been obtained by Dong Nai Province in recent years in addition to the development potentials and strengths of Dong Nai.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh emphasised the signing of a plan to coordinate propaganda work between Nhan Dan Newspaper and Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in order to strengthen information, propagate and promote the image, potential, advantages, models, and outstanding achievements of Dong Nai Province on the Party newspaper quickly and accurately, thus orienting public opinion, creating an exciting atmosphere for cadres, party members and people, and cheering local movements.

Speaking at the conference, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper Le Quoc Minh, also a member of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Deputy Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communications and Education and Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association gave an overview of Nhan Dan Newspaper’s activityin recent years.
He emphasised that, as a strategic press agency of the Party and State, Nhan Dan Newspaper has always provided accurate, objective, reliable and fast information to domestic and foreign readers. At present, Nhan Dan Newspaper is continuing to improve towards becoming a strong multimedia agency.
The Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper expressed his delight at the achievements of Dong Nai Province in all aspects of development in recent years, especially in industrial development and attracting foreign investment.

He shared some experiences of modern journalism and suggested the press agencies of Dong Nai Province to improve professionalism in journalism, innovate and create new ways of reporting, promote the creative spirit in performing works, and show better works.
He emphasised that the Vietnam Journalists Association and the People's Newspaper are always ready to support and help Dong Nai Newspaper, the Provincial Journalists Association, and provincial press agencies with experience and professional expertise, for the development of the press as well as Vietnam in general.
