Pakse city and Bien Hoa city have established friendship cooperation ties since 2012. Notably, in September 2016, the two sides signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen mutual friendship cooperation ties.
Since then, Bien Hoa city has supported Pakse city in various fields, such as education, culture, experience in building Party and Government, etc.
Following the achievements the two sides have made, Pakse city and Bien Hoa city continued to sign signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on mutual friendship cooperation ties for the 2022-2027 period. Accordingly, the two sides agreed to strengthen mutual friendship cooperation ties in the fields of building Party and Government, human resources, investment promotion, etc. Bien Hoa city will also sponsor 10 scholarships for Pakse city to send 10 officials to study in universities and colleges Bien Hoa city.
