The delegation included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Ho Thanh Son of People’s Council, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, and representatives from departments, agencies and armed forces.
They observed one minute of silence in memory of Vietnamese heroic mothers, war heroes and martyrs who laid down their lives for national independence.
At the cemetery, the delegation paid tribute to generations of leaders and revolutionary veterans who dedicated their lives to national construction and defence.
