Politburo member Vo Van Thuong meets voters in Dong Nai

Politburo member Vo Van Thuong and adelegation of National Assembly (NA) deputies from Dong Nai province met voters in Nhon Trach and Long Thanh districts and Bien Hoa city on June 24-25.

At the meeting, the delegation briefed voters on the results of the activities of the delegation at the seventh session of the 14th NA.

Voters in the localities raised their opinions on various issues, including environmental protection, land planning, anti-corruption, and administrative apparatus reform.

Taking note of the voters’ petitions and wishes, Politburo member Thuong, who is also Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education, said the opinions reflect the voters’ sense of responsibility for working together with the administration for national development.

He also stressed the necessity to reform the working manner and attitude of public servants, along with theneed for greater efforts in fighting petty corruption and handling any violations.
