Deputy PM begins official visit to DPRK

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh arrived in Pyongyang on February 12, starting his three-day official visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) at the invitation of DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho, according to Yonhap news agency.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh arrived in Pyongyang on February 12, starting his three-day official visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) at the invitation of DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho, according to Yonhap news agency.

The visit is being made after DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho officially visited Hanoi from November 29 to December 2 last year.
