Writing in the funeral guest book, Mr Pham Van Ru expressed his deep grief over the death of the outstanding and prestigious leader of the Party, State and people, adding that Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee will always be grateful and remember his life, career and dedication for independence, freedom and well-being of the people.
