The delegation included Deputy Secretary Tran Van Tu of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, along with a number of former leaders.
On this occasion, the delegation offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs who laid down their lives for national independence.
