The delegation included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, representatives from departments, agencies and armed forces.
At the cemetery, leaders and former leaders laid wreaths and burnt incense to commemorate of revolutionary soldiers who laid down their lives for national independence.
