The delegation was led by Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Van Tu, Head of Commission for Communications and Education Thai Bao, and Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep.
Bien Hoa city’s leaders, representatives from departments, sectors and localities, soldiers, young people and local people also joined the event.
After the incense offering ceremony, the participants planted trees at the temple.
On this occasion, an exhibition displaying hundreds of documents and photos on daily life and career of the late President, who devoted his life to national liberation and worked tirelessly for peace and progress across the world.
