At the reception, Deputy Secretary Tran Van Tu briefed the former President Tran Duc Luong on the province’s socio-economic development achievements and efforts in building Party and ensuring security and defence over the past years.
Former State President Tran Duc Luong also expressed his desire that Dong Nai would continue efforts to maintain a high economic growth rate and take the lead in attracting foreign investment capital and meeting criteria on new rural area construction.
