ĐN)- Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of Dong Nai provincial Party’s Committee on Monday led a delegation of leaders of the province’s authorities visited and congratulated priest Do Van Ngan, Head of Representatives of Xuan Loc Diocese who has recently been appointed as Assistant Bishop of Xuan Loc Diocese by the Vatican.

On behalf of the delegation, Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong congratulated Assistant Bishop Do Van Ngan, expressing his hope that the Assistant Bishop along with Bishop of Xuan Loc Diocese will continue encouraging Catholic followers to follow the policies of the Party and the law of the State and make more contributions to the local socio-economic development.
Assistant Bishop Do Van Ngan thanked the province’s leaders as well as the Party and the Government for their care and congratulations to him, adding that he has always wished the people’s lives would become better, every people would have a good heart and mind.
The new Assistant Bishop hoped that the interrelation and harmony between Xuan Loc Diocese with local authorities will be always strengthened.
