The delegation included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong and Deputy Secretary Phan Thi My Thanh of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee, Secretary Le Van Danh of Bien Hoa city’s People Committee, the province’s former leaders and representatives from departments and agencies.
On this occasion, the delegation laid wreaths to commemorate heroic soldiers who laid down their lives for national independence.
