(ĐN)- On January 12, Mr Kim Byoung Bum, Head of Representative Office of Gyeongnam province in HCM City, paid a courtesy visit to Dong Nai’s leaders on the occasion of his new working term. He was warmly welcomed by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Vinh.

During the visit, Mr Kim Byoung Bum expressed his hope that cooperative relations between Dong Nai and the Gyeongnam will be maintained and boosted in the coming time. He also pledged to make all efforts to further develop the relations and lift bilateral ties to a new height.
At the reception, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh stressed that the cooperative and friendship relations between Dong Nai and Gyeongnam provinces have constantly developed over the past 20 years. In this period, two provinces have expanded their bilateral relations in the fields of international cooperation, economy, agriculture, education, health, culture, sports and tourism.
Republic of Korea(RoK) is among the biggest investors in Dong Nai. It ranks first among more than 40 countries and territories that have FDI in the province, with 330 investment projects and total registered capital of nearly US$5.5 billion.
Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh expressed his hope that the new head make use of his new working term in Vietnam to undertake efforts to boost the comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and RoK in general, Dong Nai and Gyeongnam in particularly.
