(ĐN)- The third session of the 9th provincial People’s Council (PC) in the 2016-2021 term opened in Dong Nai on December 7, presided by PC Chairman Nguyen Phu Cuong.
Opening the session, Secretary and PC Chairman Nguyen Phu Cuong highly appreciated efforts made by local Party, government, and people in overcoming difficulties to accomplish socio-economic development goals in 2016, while ensuring public order.
He also suggested the delegates to focus on analyzing the achievement the province reaped and point out causes of shortcomings and weaknesses.
The second session is set to last through December 9.
