Lieutenant General Tu Ngoc Luong, Rector of the university, welcomed the delegation.
On this occasion, the two sides signed cooperation agreements on long-term friendship under the Protocol of the two Ministries of Defense of Vietnam and Cambodia, and on training cooperation between Army Officer Training School No.2 and Cambodian Army Officer Training School.
After the signing ceremony, the delegation toured the accommodation site of Cambodian officers studying at the school and joined exchanges with its instructors and officers.
