The ceremony was attended Dong Nai Part Committee’s Vice Secretary Tran Van Tu and Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep.
At the event, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Hoa Hiep honored the locality’s revolutionary traditions and contributions to the resistance wars against colonialists. During 25 years of foundation and construction, Xuan Loc has obtained encouraging achievements in developing socio-economy as well as new rural area building. The locality has been awarded titles of People Armed Forces’ Hero and Labor Hero in the Renewal Period. Xuan Loc was the first district in the country to be recognized as “new rural district”.
In the time coming, the district will strive its efforts to fulfill its set targets, including budget collection, advanced criteria for new rural areas, developing socio-economics, ensuring social security and increasing locals’ living standards.
