The leaders included Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong and Deputy Secretary Tran Van Tu of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, among others.
At the cemetery, the delegation burnt incense in commemoration of revolutionary soldiers who laid down their lives for national independence.
