At the working session, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai informed the guests of Dong Nai's socio-economic development situation as well as the province's investment policies. Accordingly, Dong Nai always welcomed and created favourable conditions for Laos businesses to invest in the province and encourage local enterprises to expand investment in Laos.

For his part, Bounthong Divixay expressed his delight at the achievements made by Dong Nai province and thanked the locality for supporting his province over the past years, especially in personnel training. He also hoped that the two localities would continue to expand partnership and thus contribute to advancing the sound relationship between the two provinces
