The delegation was warmly received by the Policy Department of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army.
The Policy Department wished the revolution contributors good health and hoped that they would continue to encourage locals to follow the Party and the State’s policies and guidelines, contribute to maintaining local socio-political stability and actively participate in building up their home province.
For their parts, revolution contributors thanked the Ministry of National Defence and the Policy Department and informed the host of their current activities in response to the Party and State's policies.
Accordingly, since 2013, as many as 962 families of revolution contributors have had their houses built or repaired at a total cost of more than VND 22.5 billion.
