Prominent among the delegation were Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh and Deputy Secretary Phan Thi My Thanh of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee and Chairman Vy Van Vu of Fatherland Front Committee.

At the cemetery, the leaders laid wreaths and burnt incense to commemorate of revolutionary soldiers who laid down their lives for national independence.
