1. Dong Nai province’s Party Committee and its affiliates review the activities of the mid-term Provincial Party Committee’s Resolution implementation along with outcomes of criticism and self-criticism of the resolution of the Party Central Committee’s 4 th plenum and Studying and Following the late President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example campaign.

2. People from all walks of life in Dong Nai have contributed over 1.5 million comments on the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution.

3. Despite many difficulties, Dong Nai still maintained the growth rate and reached important targets. In 2013, the province’s GRDP grew by 11.5 percent. The province attracted over US$ 1.64 billion in FDI and organized many trade promotion campaigns in Japan Dubai.

4. Dong Nai has organized successfully many national level events such as Vietnam's election as member of UN Human Rights Council, Vietnam's election as member World Heritage Committee and Vietnam’s Don Ca Tai Tu, a traditional musical art form of the south, has officially been recognised as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humankind by UNESCO.

5. Memorial Temple for legendary general Vo Nguyen Giap and other national heroes was inaugurated the An Vien Vinh Hang Cemetery in Vinh Cuu District.

6. Major traffic projects such as Bien Hoa bypass, Buu Hoa bridge, Dang Van Tron street, etc. are under completion.  

7. Dong Nai keeps up the good job in environment protection, natural reservation, protecting world biosphere reserve and request the National Assembly and the Prime Minister to stop the Hydropower Projects and remove them from all future plans.

8. Dong Nai is highly appreciated in building of new rural areas. Presently, the province has 15 out of 136 communes completing all the 19 targets set for the building of new rural areas.

9. Dong Nai signed cooperation agreements with the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences on science, technology, human and social science research.

10. Two Vietnamese records were set up for the biggest Bien Hoa plate made by pottery and the biggest pomelo salad plate at the third Dong Nai Food Festival. Tan Trieu pomelo and Khanh rambutan were listed in top 50 Vietnamese fruit.
