Attending the services was Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh and Deputy Secretary Le Hong Phuong of the provincial Party Committee along with leaders of the provincial People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee, army forces, war veterans and people across the province.
They offered incense and paid their final homage to the revered General.
