Attending the ceremony was Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh and Standing Deputy Secretary Le Hong Phuong of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai and Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of People's Committee, Head of Department of Propaganda and Training Huynh Van Toi.
At the ceremony, the participants offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and recalled meaningful memories of the late President’s great contribution to the national revolution.
