(ĐN)- On May 27, a delegation led by Mr Cho Woosung, Chairman of South Korea’s East Asia Inter-parliamentary Goodwill Association under Gyeongnam province’s Council, paid a working visit to Dong Nai.
At the working session, Dong Nai province’s leader briefed the delegation about the province’s socio-economic development.
The two sides expressed their wishes to tighten friendship, focusing on promoting economic and cultural cooperation between Dong Nai and Gyeongnam provinces.
Presently, South Korea is the second largest foreign investor in Dong Nai with 310 projects totaling more than $4.2 billion.
The level of friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea has developed well since both countries established bilateral diplomatic ties in 1976. Accordingly, Dong Nai and Gyeongnam provinces have also signed economic cooperation agreements.
