The ceremony was attended by Politburo member and standing member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC)’s Secretariat Le Hong Anh, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Popularisation and Education Dinh The Huynh and National Assembly Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu.
Also attending the ceremony was Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh and Head of the Commission Propaganda and Education.
A campaign encouraging works on this theme has inspired thousands of entries in different genres created by individuals inside and outside Vietnam over the past 2 years.

The organizers presented 99 prizes for individuals and collectives, including 13 A prizes, 45 B prizes, 41 C prizes, and 37 honorable mentions.
Journalist Ha Thi Thanh Thuy of the Dong Nai Newspaper won an A prize for her series on models of following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example. Dong Nai Newspaper was also awarded a C prize.
