Lieutenant-general Pham Van Di, Political Commissar of Military Zone 7, Chairman Tran Van Tu of the provincial People’s Council attended the meeting.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh Yen of Dinh Quan district People's Committee stressed that over the past years, the district's Party and people have made many efforts to uphold tradition of the victory and obtained significant achievements in socio-economic development.
On this occasion, Lieutenant-general Pham Van Di also reviewed glorious tradition of La Nga victory.
