Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will head a high-ranking delegation to a Commemorative Summit marking the 20 th anniversary of the ASEAN-India dialogue partnership in New Delhi from December 20-21.
Dung will attend the event at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Mammohan Singh.
