(ĐN)- Laos’ Vientiane captital Party Committee Secretary and Mayor Soukanh Mahalat led a high ranking delegation to pay a working visit to Dong Nai on December 5.

The delegation was warmly received by Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh of the province's Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee and Head of Department of Propaganda and Training Huynh Van Toi.
At the working session, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh expressed his welcome to Mayor Soukanh Mahalat and his delegation’s working visit to the Dong Nai. He also briefed the delegation on the province's socio-economic development and stressed that Dong Nai has been striving to become the modern industrial province by 2015.
On behalf of the delegation, Mayor Soukanh Mahalat thanked the provincial leaders for their warm welcome and expressed his delight of Dong Nai 's socio-economic development. He stressed that Dong Nai’s investors have succeeded in their businesses in the capital including Long Thanh Golf JSC. He also showed his desire that Dong Nai and Vientiane will continue boosting comprehensive cooperation in a range of areas , especially in economics and education.
During the visit, the delegation also visited Tran Bien Temple of Literature, Lotte Mart shopping mall, Golf Long Thanh and Giang Dien Waterfall Eco-tourism Park.
