The delegation was welcomed by Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh of Dong Nai province’s Party Committee and Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee.
At the working session, both sides briefed each other on their provinces’ socio-economic development and expressed their wishes to develop specific cooperative programs in economic and culture.
On behalf of the delegation, Secretary Khamhung Heuangvongsi thanked the provincial leaders for their warm welcome. He affirmed that Houaphan province would create favourable conditions for Vietnamese investors, including those from Dong Nai.
Dong Nai province’s leaders also accepted an invitation from Mr. Khamhung Heuangvongsi to visit Houaphan in the near future.
On this occasion, the delegation visited Dong Nai Political School, Bien Hoa II industrial park and Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority.
